ADDICTION

When we hear “addiction” most of us think of drugs and alcohol. But those are not the only kinds of addiction. Anything we develop an unhealthy dependence on can be an addiction. Food, exercise, games, work, media, relationships. Whatever has a hold on you, you can be free.
